Father and sons ready to go home now
The wait is over… Hard Rock Cafe has now re-open in Beijing after a few months of renovation. The “new” cafe is much better than the old one…
Here we have Linda – she was the one that suggested that we should go here today.
Max enjoys the dessert – Vanilla Milk Shake. His father ordered this for himself – but as you can see Max loves it…

Here we have Britt and Sam. This is the first visit for Sam at Hard Rock cafe. He slept through it…
Britt on the other hand enjoys a hot fudge sundae.
Finally – Micke and Max shares the Milk Shake
When it is too hot to go outside it is time for play-doh.
Max likes to count and is counting everything he sees. Earlier he counted only in English but surprised us yesterday by counting to ten in Swedish as well.
Lego is fun as well and lately it is space shuttles that are most popular.
Sam is not too impressed but is hanging in there like a good little brother.
As a foreigner we need to have visas to be able to stay here in China. We have visas for all of us except for Sam – so we needed to get one as soon as possible… But you need a photo (or actually 2 photos) to be able to apply for the visa. How do you get a 6 weeks old boy to open his eyes on command?

Here we have the first try…. As you can see he is very happy! He didn’t like to wake up and to see a lot of flashes from the camera.
What are you doing to me????
15th try??? This one should work. His eyes are open – great!

A very proud father!

First picture of Sam – you can’t see that much of Sam but you see a very happy father….
