The last but also the greatest show at Kspace… Using ideas from the book “Weslandia”, the Bugs created their own magical land…Bugslandia! The Super Bugs (Max, Abryl and Jessica) have indeed grown (thanks to their teacher Isaac) and their “solo” performances were splendid!!
Sam is 3!! We celebrated with everybody´s favourite chocolate ice-cream cake and he got his guitar…. happy happy day!!
We had the yearly Kspace picnic in Yoyogi park and it was a success as usual. This year we could play games as well, not just eat great food, and the boys had a blast! Adding a few photos of the absolutely amazing roses that were growing in the park!
We were invited to visit Hawaii at Kspace and we got to see a great show. We got rainbows, hula dance, sharks and of course the cool surfers!!
Better late than never, we experienced a wonderful Cherry blossom period in the beginning of April. No matter how many photos you take it never seems to be enough…

Spring has arrived and the plum and apricot trees are in bloom. More time for play in the park and even a picnic… Three Swedish families in the park enjoying the warm and sunny afternoon.
The Super Bugs were more or less excited about tending to the bar…
Just like the dinosaurs captured Max for a month …so did the Egypt theme…For a month we have been living with The Sphinx, King Tut, the Mummy and the great Pyramids… Max came home every day full of paint and no wonder …when we got to see their exhibition about Egypt we understood why…and what a great exhibition it was.
We visited Yokohama and of course …Chinatown ..where we had a great meal and both boys seemed at home at once…
We spent Christmas here in Tokyo and had many sunny and fun days mainly visiting different parks in our area so the boys could enjoy themselves outdoors.
I had a tough decision to make the other day when I looked for a nice place to sit and eat my lunch… several “winter dressed” benches… Here are a two colourful ones…

The Big Bugs and Super Bugs had their Christmas Show and sang several Christmas carols for us.

First we had some practice….with play-doh….Then we went for the real stuff and made gingerbread cookies… even if Sam did his best to eat the doe….The result was very successful with lots of great tasting cookies!!
